Here’s a long poem that people have enjoyed and I like, to give you a taste of what I like to do.

I’ve also been working on a collection of 100 poems built over a decade (more, tbh). There is a book now containing all of them ‘the 100 poems’ by jarrett sleeper and you can find the different places to get print and electronic versions at this linktree. One of my pilots, Karate City, written with my collaborative partner Zeke Rodrigues Thomas, was a semifinalist at the 2018 Austin Film Festival in their best original teleplay comedy pilot category. It’s a 90s vhs action inspired cop show set in a world where guns were never invented, so everyone does karate. It’s pretty fun.

As for screenwriting, well, I’ve written a variety of things including a spooky POV anthology Halloween series for Nickelodeon’s young YouTube audience, a dreamy sci-fi webseries for Verizon’s Go90 streaming service, a whole bunch of sketches on YouTube, and a variety of pilots.
