There’s your standard sort of neutral party presenter, fairly crisp, mastering ceremonies of all kinds and looking presentable doing it, and then there’s I guess what we’d call “personality based” hosting.

I’ve done both but generally lean towards and prefer the latter but to be honest, almost everything I do feels rooted in the chameleonic principles of acting. I just shift to fit whatever’s needed, whether it’s man on the street style interviews, some conversational news presentation, or the modern reality vibes of YouTube lifestyle programming.
